3. Exercise for 20 minutes :

4. Drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice :

5. Eat a healthy breakfast :
After eight hours of fasting, your body needs nutrition. So, instead of having just cereals in milk, get real food. You can eat oats, eggs, whole fruit and milk. It will not take much time to prepare a tasty yet healthy meal. A healthy breakfast will energize you and makes you ready to face the world.
